"We hired Chef 24 Caterers and Event Planners for a birthday celebration, and it was an absolute disaster. The entire event was ruined due to their complete lack of professionalism, planning, and responsibility. There were no decorations, no lighting, no seating arrangements, and not even basic drinking water or ice. Guests were made to wait for over 3 hours, many standing without water or cold drinks. We were forced to serve drinks from our own fridge and request guests to sit inside our house because the event space was completely unprepared. To make matters worse, they didn’t carry water for cooking, so we had to provide tap water ourselves. The owner, Mr. Arun, came to the event intoxicated and was only concerned about collecting his payment instead of fixing the mess. They left all the garbage behind, including in front of neighbour's' doors. Even they did not bring the dustbins. We had to request the society maintenance team to clean it and pay extra to manage the aftermath. There’s so much more to say—the shame we faced in front of our guests and the mental harassment caused by this team was beyond imagination.
